I have finally collated more than 30 years of research by myself & several other enthusiasts.

It is all now in book form & I have attached a selection of pages.

In total, there are 60 A4 pages, & more than half have colour.

The print cost was AUD$45 per book, so my cost to you, (should you want one), is AUD$45 plus P+P.
