I am getting ready to start a rebuilt "72", what is a good oil to use for the "breaking in" period?

Over the years I have seen several break-in oil and break-in philosophies espoused.
The ones that make the most sense to me address the real issues. These two principles matter the most to me.
summer: I run 50W high zinc. There is at least 2 or 3 choices

1. Cam prelube while assembly then pre running pre oil. This is a dump of oil down each exhaust push rod/ lifter passage.

2. Initial engine fire up RPM must be kept up like 2000 followed with actual engine loading as soon as possible, running down the road, to keep a elevated cylinder pressure to the back side of the rings. Just piss revving a stationary engine does not do this...You can get cylinder wall and ring glazing resulting in a smokey engine for a long time...

If you run a filter than you should be able to get 1000 miles on the first change
