There is wide line and slim line variants used for singles as well as NHT engines as well as both Norton and AMC gearboxes.
There was also evolutionary changes as time went on.
We can explore the evolution of the featherbed with pointed topic discussions within following posts.

One of the changes in rolling chassis is with the 60/61 650 manxman and 62 Atlas is the change from 19" rear wheel to the macho fatso 18" wheel/tire. other modles retained 19" rear wheel..
