Hello All,

I am about to resume my task from a year ago - replacing the isolastic mounts on my Mk3. I have the frame and engine independently suspended on a lift and jacks. When I dropped the projects last year I was having trouble shifting the engine forward enough to remove either rear or front iso shafts. I was advised to remove the front bracket and then (I assume) shift the engine forward enough to expose the front mount and remove it. Does this sound about right?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I gotta get this thing back on the road!
