You don't see many earlier commandos out there. They do have a few differences from earlier bikes. What are your most severe problems you will try to solve?

Yep, I certainly found out that the 68 is quite a bit different than the 75. The 68 is now running real strong

I have amal 930 carbs w/ mega phone exhausts main jet is 220. in order to tune what size main jet to start?

220 is original but the megas/semi openmuffler might warrant a size bigger.
Running E-10 will probably make it a sure thing to go up one size. 230
