TOPIC: Tech session first Wednesday Sept 7

Working on testing skype as the first trial run with Eric.
If it works out OK I'll post necessary data/meeting access # and start time to those who sign up.

Eric and i did a test meeting and were successful though a bit awkward stepping through the options.
Will try again soon to gain skill level in hopes to handle a few more folks with out to may problems..
The meeting have both a name assigned to a long generated code.

1. dismantle combat commando head- upon disassembly the defective valve spring cups were present. It is documented in the INOA tech digest article I submitted decades ago page 1-7. On this head 2 cups were missing obviously removed at some previous disassembly.
