Staying at the Campground where the rally is held is much better than staying offsite. Maybe there is a way to rent a camping trailer through the campground.

Did the same with the roll on chalk, cheap on ebay. As Jim said, kind of heavy, you will need a pick up truck to transport, 2 guys, and beer.
